Epson Stylus D92 value for money inkjet

You need to be careful when buying a budget printer like the Stylus D92 because they more often than not have nasty surprise in store when you come to replacing the printer ink cartridges. Expensive printer cartridges come with the territory when buying a budget inkjet and Epson D92 ink cartridges are no different. Although it has to be said that they are not actually more expensive than most mid range Epson printers because they are the same cartridges but it just seems like they are because the printer itself is so cheap. The first thing that is first to make an impression when start using the Stylus D92 is the noise level, especially when it feeding a new sheet of paper. Is difficult to understand why it’s so noisy because the materials used in it construction have a quality feel and the whole unit feels solidly put together. The print quality of the D92 has nothing to complain about, its sharp and clear on every print whether your printing emails, letters or web pages and it can also print photos with the same standard. Printing photos however makes you realise how slow the D92 is at printing, inkjet printers are not known for their fast printing speeds but the D92 is so slow I thought it was faulty because Epson claim it’s capable of 25 pages per minute. I later found out from some digging on the net that the speed I was getting from the D92 is normal and the Epson claim is greatly exaggerated. The speed is the only issue with the D92 but its enough of an issue to consider looking elsewhere for your budget inkjet printer.
